READER COMMENTS

Hilary, 35, trauma nurse: I just finished the book. Where do I start? The characters were so wonderfully developed that I felt like I knew each and every one of them. The story made me laugh cry and angry all at various points. I balled my eyes out with Yancy and Lish's romance. but I was happy that Lish was able to find love again with Skip. When I wasn't reading the book I was daydreaming about it. I could not put it down. The dialect also played a big part in making the characters seem realistic.

You did a terrific job. I loved the book. It was one of the best romance novels I have read in a long time. Thank you for sharing and I look forward to more.

Beatris, 27, new mother: Sigh...what a great book. My favorite part is where Lish and Gene share a kiss...wow. That really touched me. And Skip's song ... wow.

I really enjoyed this novel from cover to cover. You go into such great detail with each character, they are all stuck in my head for now.

I hope I can read more of your novels!!

I already have people waiting for your book to go on sale. Where will you be selling it...online, I hope? I have a couple of friends in a “book club”. We all read the same kinds of books and chat about them. Our book club is spread across the world too!! 2 in London and 2 in CA, we all keep in touch through our readings!

Brenda, mid-50s, transportation manager: YOU ROCK! You made me cry. At work. You must be published. I even took to putting it in a desk drawer (open) so I could read between phone calls at work. I'm way behind on the other stuff now, but IT WAS WORTH IT! So now, I have to ask. Are there more?
